Project Overview
The IBM Z mainframe is the backbone of Fortune 500 companies in healthcare, finance, insurance, and other critical industries. For the launch of its 15th generation, IBM hosted 600+ CE/I/TOs at six invitation-only events across the glove. We produced several facilitated game experiences to allow subject matter experts to guide potential customers through tailored sales journeys. Customers were more open to conversation when part of a group activity, and multiple high-value accounts were closed as direct result of these events.
