NIC MAP Vision is the senior housing industry’s leading market analytics platform, serving the majority of the senior housing stakeholders. If an operating group, investor, or developer wants to build, lend, or market, they turn to NMV for the data insights critical to an informed decision.
To extend that leadership, we modernized the existing portal's user experience, as well as designed and launched several new products in the senior housing space.
My team and I collaborated with other members of senior leadership, the executive team, and a select group of customers to plan, research, and execute a comprehensive product strategy with four primary goals:
- Retain existing and attract new customers by improving discoverability and presentation of existing data and insights
- Increase addressable market through initiatives focused on real estate and debt markets
- Fully integrate AI throughout the platform
- Increase "curb appeal" of UI to aid in sales efforts
